Gift for my two little guys We bought this playhouse after doing a lot of research comparing sizes, bells & whistles and prices. It is for our 1 year-old son and 4 year-old son, both avid Dora fans. We've had it for one full day now, set up indoors in our playroom. It is a great size. Our 7 year-old and 9 year-old have also been playing in there with them. It has a neat doorbell and door that opens and shuts which our 1 year-old loves. Our 4 year-old likes the phone that has all sorts of sounds and phrases. We got in on sale for $100 off (it was $250). I wouldn't pay more than that. I was disappointed with the interior. There is a Swiper that you spin round and round, and a table with map that folds up and down and the phone. It could really use a few knobs or other things that open and shut inside. My kids have moved their block table inside, and have it set up next to their play kitchen so they use them both at the same time. There isn't a floor, which indoors is o.k., but when moved outside, we'll need to put something down. And the phone switches off after a while, and there is a tiny button on the side (one of three) that needs to be pushed to turn it back on, which proves to be frustrating for our little ones. Overall, it really is cute, and they seem to be enjoying themselves. Again, for the price, I'd expect a little more inside. This one's not going outside Our granddaughter is a huge Dora fan!! We gave this to her as a Christmas gift and she loves it. I think it has become a permanent part of her playroom. Some of the stickers didn't stay on so well. And it was slightly on the 'pricey' side, compared to some of the other playhouses and their features. But, what are grandparents for? LOL!! Great playhouse We bought this playhouse for our daughter's 2nd birthday. She loves seeing the Dora characters. Her 3 year old brother and her have lots of fun playing in the house or eating a snack. They enjoy pretending their going different places and consulting "Map" for directions. It's a great place for them to play together. It's well constructed, however the stickers keep coming off. It's not a big deal, but it's something.
